We're looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to represent partner brands through face-to-face campaigns, engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences. This is a customer-facing role where customer acquisition and sales are the primary responsibilities. You'll work directly with prospective customers, build relationships, and contribute to the success of live promotional campaigns while developing practical skills that support long-term career growth. What You'll Be Doing As the Entry-Level Marketing Assistant, you will: Deliver face-to-face customer acquisition by engaging with prospective customers at promotional events and campaign locations. Drive sales by understanding customer needs, presenting products and services confidently, and converting conversations into successful customer acquisitions. Build strong customer relationships through professional, engaging, and informative interactions. Represent partner brands with professionalism while maintaining high standards of customer service. Communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers clearly and accurately. Work towards individual customer acquisition and sales objectives while maintaining a customer-first approach. Accurately complete customer registrations and campaign documentation where required. Support event presentation and ensure every customer interaction reflects the values of the brands you represent. You’ll be well suited to this role if you have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment. A genuine interest in customer acquisition, sales, and sales & marketing. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. A proactive attitude with the motivation to achieve performance goals. Professional presentation and a positive approach to customer interactions. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-based environment. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or client-facing sales is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided. Training & Development You’ll receive structured training and ongoing coaching designed to help you build confidence and develop practical commercial skills. Training includes: Customer communication and relationship management. Sales techniques and customer engagement. Brand representation and professional presentation.
