Description We are hiring for Triage RN position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK! Position is part-time, 0.5 FTE, 8-hr Variable shifts, 20 hours per week. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire or equivalent education/experience: An RN with 20 years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a BSN Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case by the most senior administrative nursing leader in consultation with the Human Resources leader RNs employed prior to 2021 are encouraged to obtain a Bachelor's or higher degree in Nursing, but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment. Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License. 1 year of recent clinical experience in any of the following suggested areas; home health, tele health, medical-surgical, critical care, emergency, pediatric or maternal-child health nursing. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing upon hire. 3 years of recent clinical experience in any of the following suggested areas; home health, tele health, medical-surgical, critical care, emergency, pediatric or maternal-child health nursing. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
